This report, Review of NHS Boards’ Annual Reporting on Feedback, Comments, Concerns and Complaints 2013/14, reflects an analysis of NHS Boards' annual reports which covers the period 1 April 2013 to 31 March 2014. This is the second year that there has been a requirement on all of Scotland's NHS Boards to produce an annual report on their use of the feedback, comments, concerns and complaints received from patients and the public, and how they use the information gathered to make improvements to services. The report includes examples of good practice from all Boards, as well as recommendations for the future.
