Deliver
You are now ready to implement the new service design.
Launch it in stages, providing access to the service to a restricted number of users at each point of release. Capture feedback and troubleshoot any issues or glitches that arise to optimise the service and ensure its viability. Manage the risk of failure by ensuring your service also adheres to required standards and is compatible with existing services and processes before introducing it more widely. Continue to test, learn and improve by monitoring the service as it rolls out.
Evaluate its impact to demonstrate success.

There are a wide range of tools available for each stage of the design process. It is important to think about what you seek to achieve and then to find or create a tool that would help you to do that.
You can find a full list of tools in the Tool Directory, but here are some suggestions to get you started in Deliver:
Success criteria are a set of agreed metrics that are measured to evaluate the success and impact of a project. This is typically done at the implementation stage of a service and should be an iterative process of feedback and evaluation. |
