Informing Policy

Informing Policy

Our unique position, with staff based across Scotland, allows us to gather a national perspective on health and social care issues.

We collect and analyse evidence and public views that can be used to inform national, as well as local, policy. We do this through our Citizens’ Panel, Citizens' Jury, Gathering Views exercises and research.

We are committed to ensure that the opinions and experiences of people and communities shape the health and social care services that we all use.

Citizens' Panel

The Our Voice Citizens' Panel is a representative group of Scottish citizens which gives public feedback on a range of health and social care topics.
