Review of the Refreshed Strategy for Volunteering in the NHS in Scotland
In December 2010, at the request of the Scottish Government and on behalf of the National Action Group on Volunteering, the Scottish Health Council was asked to conduct a review to capture the progress that has been made in volunteering in the NHS in Scotland since 2008.
The Review sought a general overview of the progress made with the Refreshed Strategy for Volunteering in the NHS in Scotland and to identify the key challenges that lie ahead for NHS Boards in the two years from March 2011.
