Regular reflection is vital throughout a change cycle to ensure the change achieves the desired outcome. In addition, a formal review point after you complete the testing step ensures a clear decision is made and momentum is maintained.

These tools will help to ensure regular review points and data to review when you have finished testing a change.

Lessons learned log

Lessons learned logs are used to capture and share knowledge about what has worked well and what could have been done differently during each phase of a project. This can help others learn from the project team’s experience.
