We were delighted to have Helena MacDonald, the first Service Designer working in NHS 24 and Andrew Quinn, Lead Service Designer at Public Services Delivery Scotland (formally NHS National Services Scotland) who is working with NHS 24 to apply his experience to the Service Transformation Programme join us for our February 2026 session. In their presentation Andrew and Helena shared how they have adapted service design tools and methods to support leaders and stakeholders in applying a person centred design approach to Service Transformation within NHS 24, with a particular focus on the role of data visualisation.
